This portal services the St. Louis County and its affiliated programs.

Program Notice

At this time, St. Louis County has distributed all of the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) 1 funds processed by Nan McKay.  St. Louis County has received additional funding and has partnered with another vendor to distribute the second round of Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP 2) funds.  

 

Applications that were unable to be processed during ERAP 1 will automatically be forwarded to the new vendor.  We will continue the eligibility determination process and provide payment.  There is nothing for you to do.  The new vendor will contact you and/or the property owner if additional information is needed.

  

In the interim, the State Emergency Rental Assistance Program is currently accepting applications via the following portal:    https://www.mohousingresources.com/safhr.

ERAP Fund Availability

At this time, St. Louis County has distributed all of the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) funds available in our first round of funding. The County expects additional funding and anticipates that application eligibility determinations and payments for this second round of ERAP funding will begin in early 2022. Applications that were unable to be funded in the first round will be considered for ERA 2 funds, and the County will continue to accept applications for assistance through this portal.
